It acts as an umbrella organization, bringing together several specialized institutions and services to meet the diverse needs of its beneficiaries.

The Foundation's main mission is to support visually impaired individuals by enhancing their quality of life, defending their rights and interests, collaborating with institutions that share similar goals, and supporting both private and public initiatives in their favor. All of its actions are guided by fundamental values such as dignity, autonomy, confidentiality, and inclusion, without any form of discrimination.

The Foundation’s specialized structures are:

- The elderly housing and care service CIPA Blannenheem;
- The professional integration workshop Bieschbecher Atelier;
- The Institut Betty Hirsch;
- The nature-focused daycare Naturcrèche Bieschbech;
- The home care service Motum.

These services are designed to provide comprehensive support, covering the entire life course, from childhood to old age, including professional integration and home support.
