Do you enjoy interacting with people, chatting and smiling? We are looking for a volunteer to accompany a group of visually impaired seniors during our Thursday activities (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.): singing, cooking, games, flower arranging, etc. A unique opportunity to share a moment together, where kindness and good humor are the order of the day.

The Fondation Lëtzebuerger Blannevereenegung (FLB) is a Luxembourgish non-profit organization, recognized as being of public utility, dedicated to improving the living conditions of blind and visually impaired people. It acts as an umbrella organization, bringing together several specialized institutions and services.

The Fondation Lëtzebuerger Blannevereenegung (FLB) is a Luxembourgish non-profit organization, recognized as being of public utility, and dedicated to improving the living conditions of blind and visually impaired people. It acts as an umbrella organization, bringing together several specialized institutions and services to meet the diverse needs of its beneficiaries.

The Foundation's main mission is to support visually impaired individuals by enhancing their quality of life, defending their rights and interests, collaborating with institutions that share similar goals, and supporting both private and public initiatives in their favor. All of its actions are guided by fundamental values such as dignity, autonomy, confidentiality, and inclusion, without any form of discrimination.

The Foundation’s specialized structures are:

- The elderly housing and care service CIPA Blannenheem;
- The professional integration workshop Bieschbecher Atelier;
- The Institut Betty Hirsch;
- The nature-focused daycare Naturcrèche Bieschbech;
- The home care service Motum.

These services are designed to provide comprehensive support, covering the entire life course, from childhood to old age, including professional integration and home support.

The Foundation is committed to delivering high-quality services, provided by qualified and dedicated teams. It fosters a corporate culture based on respect, ethics, and continuous training of its staff and volunteers. It also ensures the confidentiality of personal information and respects the beliefs and preferences of each individual.
