In the Coach4Work project, you will help a person of migrant/refugee origin who is unfamiliar with the Luxembourg job market to find his or her bearings.
In concrete terms, you will provide individual coaching, once a week for one hour, to help this person develop a professional project, with the aim of finding a job or training.
To prepare you, training is provided for volunteers taking part in the project.
Then, over a period of 4-6 months, you'll work one-on-one with a person to reinforce their knowledge of the Luxembourg job market
