As the "Spaghettisfest Crew 2025," our mission is to successfully organize and execute the traditional Spaghettisfest on August 15th. We ensure a smooth process, foster community, and contribute to the continuation of this popular, over 40-year-old "Green Event."
As a member of the "Spaghettisfest Crew 2025," your main task is to actively assist on the event day and support the team with the various tasks necessary for the smooth running of our traditional festival.
You will be deployed in one of the following key areas to ensure that our numerous visitors have an unforgettable experience:
Kitchen: Assisting with the preparation and portioning of spaghetti.
Dishwashing: Supporting the washing-up and ensuring clean utensils.
Delivery of spaghetti to tables: Friendly and efficient serving of ordered dishes directly to guests.
Taking orders: Receiving food and drink orders from guests.
Bringing drinks to tables: Delivering drinks to the respective tables.
You will not be required to cover all areas, but rather focus on a specific task where your help is most needed. Your support is crucial to successfully organize this popular festival, which has existed for over 40 years and sold over 1100 portions last year, and to bring the community together.
Our club project is the "Spaghettisfest", held for 40 years, promoting community, sustainability with regional products, and "Green Events."
