For its Aktiff service in Esch-sur-Alzette, the APEMH Foundation is looking for motivated volunteers who are available to accompany young and not-so-young people with disabilities in a variety of leisure activities.
Every month, the Aktiff service offers around 70 people with intellectual disabilities a varied programme of leisure activities: whether it's a trip to the theatre, an excursion into nature, a joint visit to a museum or a football match in Esch - every activity and every encounter counts and is important!
The participants are autonomous and go to the activities themselves.
What you need to bring :
The pleasure of meeting and talking to people,
Open-mindedness, empathy and reliability,
An interest in shared leisure activities.
What we offer:
A meaningful activity with lots of personal interaction,
Insurance cover during the activities,
Individual support and guidance,
Discovering new things together and putting inclusion into practice.
