The Fairtrade Action Group in the municipality of Clervaux is looking for motivated volunteers to staff the “Faire Ravi” booth during Sports Night on June 6, 2026, at Edward Steichen High School in Clervaux. The goal is simple: to provide Fairtrade refreshments and raise awareness among participants about Fairtrade products.
As a volunteer, you will help with:
Before the event
• Set up the booth (table)
• Set up the roll-up banner and Fairtrade signage
• Arrange the products (Fairtrade bananas, cereal bars, and chocolate)
• Preparing brochures and small giveaways to distribute
During the event
• Distributing free Fairtrade products to participants
• Manning the booth and answering questions
• Distributing brochures, flyers, and Fairtrade giveaways to participants at Sports Night
After the event
• Helping to break down the booth (quick and easy)
Desired volunteer profile:
We are looking for motivated individuals who wish to:
• commit to promoting fairer and more responsible consumption,
• share a friendly moment in a sporty and festive atmosphere,
• join a committed, dynamic, and enthusiastic team,
• actively support fair trade producers.
Saturday, June 6, 2026; availability requested between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM
