As part of their commitment, volunteers support the organization in managing human resources, volunteers, and regulatory matters, in collaboration with the Board of Directors (BOD).
Help recruit new employees and volunteers. Contribute to the posting of job openings and volunteer opportunities. Work with the Board to identify staffing needs. Participate in interviews and the selection process. Provide support in drafting employment contracts and amendments. Help manage personnel files. Help draft and update internal policies and collective bargaining agreements. Ensure compliance with current labor laws. Advise the Board on the legal framework applicable to non-profit organizations. Help ensure the association’s regulatory compliance with its obligations to Luxembourg institutions.
