Presentation of the opportunity for volunteering

We are looking for one or more volunteers to lend a hand to our team during the Oarbechterkiermes (“workers' fair”), a celebration that is fast becoming a tradition, held every spring in the central workshop of the Metzeschmelz (located between Esch-sur-Alzette and Schifflange).
This event pays tribute to the funfairs of the early 20th century and is aimed at the whole family. Young and old alike can discover traditional games revisited “FerroForum style,” such as the carousel, the “Gliddegen Drot,” the “Hau den Lukas” and many more, while enjoying concerts and homemade specialties.
It is a convivial moment that brings the heritage of the South and the memory of the Schmelz workers back to life.
