Provide support for events organized by Info Handicap – National Council for People with Disabilities.
Regular mission
Volunteers provide ad hoc assistance at various events, such as demonstrations, themed days, awareness-raising initiatives, and cultural and institutional events.
Depending on the identified needs, volunteer assignments may include helping with setup and takedown, providing logistical or organizational support, and contributing to a warm, accessible, and inclusive welcome for the public.
Each event is preceded by a preparatory meeting designed to explain the context, define the expected role, and provide essential information. Volunteers receive support from the on-site team throughout the duration of their assignment.
Each volunteer must participate in an “onboarding” session to ensure they understand the assignments, the organization’s vision, and its values, and to guarantee their commitment to the inclusive approach of Info-Handicap’s projects.
