This course will enable you to acquire the knowledge necessary to create and manage an organisation. You will learn about the legal bases and understand the role of the different actors (members, general assembly, board of directors, executive committee, etc.).

• Drafting and approval of articles of association

• Formalities relating to the organisation of the GA and the Board of Directors
• Responsibility of members, etc.
