We are looking for committed volunteers to help build and maintain an animal sanctuary. Tasks include animal care, feeding, maintenance and project support. Direct impact on animal welfare.
We are looking for an additional foster family to take care of rabbits and/or guinea pigs until they are adopted. Knowledge about the life of these species and how to care for them is, of course, essential. A suitable and appropriate place must be available.
Walking dogs at the shelter promotes their physical health, reduces stress, and improves their well-being. It helps socialize the dogs and prepares them for a future home. Additionally, the interaction with people builds trust and allows for better assessment of their behavior.
Volunteers at the shelter can get involved with cats by feeding them, cleaning their enclosures, and ensuring their social and physical stimulation. They can pet them, play with them, and help assess their sociability to prepare them for future adoption.
