Presentation of the opportunity for volunteering

The association undertakes to entrust the mentor with the following responsibilities, missions and/or activities: Personalised support for one or more mentees in their personal preparation and job search as part of our professional integration programme for refugees.
The association undertakes to :
Inform him/her of the purpose and/or aims of the ReStart! and/or Apes project;
Share the beneficiary's personalised professional project (PPP), including an action plan;
Provide all the key information to facilitate the mentee's access to the labour market;
Facilitate contact and communication between the mentor and the mentee;
Organise regular meetings to encourage the exchange of information between the project team and the mentor;
Listening to the mentor in order to evaluate and, if necessary, adapt the PPP on the basis of his or her advice;
Where necessary, supporting the mentor in the recognition of his or her skills, in particular as part of a process to validate acquired experience;
Guaranteeing the confidentiality of all data and information received by the mentor.


The volunteer mentor undertakes to:
Adhere to and comply with the aims and philosophy of the association;
Respect the organisation and operation of the association and, where applicable, its internal rules;
Respect the mentee's PPP or propose changes if necessary;
Meet regularly with the mentee (at least once a month) and provide the project team with all key information relating to the mentee (vocational training, soft-skills, language skills, job applications, job interviews, AOT, relations with employers, etc.).
Collaborate and cooperate with the CNS team in the interests of the association and its beneficiaries;
Participate in information meetings and ensure the implementation of training activities for mentees;
Exercise discretion and respect the confidentiality of information seen, heard or learned in the course of his/her activities.
